Dan Graybill, CPCU, AIC
Dan Graybill, CPCU, AIC Chief Operating Officer  
Dan joined Praxis Consulting in August 2020 after a very successful 30-year P+C career. After joining Nationwide Insurance in 1994, he served in multiple field and staff leadership roles that showcased his ability to improve the long term performance of large field operations and to enhance the service, support, and tools provided by home office staff operations. He thrives on positioning claims and claims support operations for long term success by combining a strong bias for action with the ability to adapt and think strategically, while focusing on developing and inspiring others. Dan graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Economics, has earned his CPCU and AIC designations, and served as a NASP (National Association of Subrogation Professionals) board member from 2003-2005.
He has over 25 years of experience of technology consulting and leading enterprise technology teams, focusing on executing strategic IT vision that applies technologies to enhance business effectiveness. Mike brings a deep understanding of how to bring together exceptional technical execution with business acumen and his team’s greatest skills. Mike is a solutions-oriented leader with a proven track record of using technology to align organizations, across a broad spectrum of industries, towards achieving their strategic goals.
Chris Felger, CPA CMA
Chris Felger, CPA CMA Chief Financial Officer   
Chris joined Praxis Consulting in October 2018. He is responsible for all financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and risk management functions for the Praxis companies. Chris started out his career in public accounting working for Katz, Sapper & Miller in Indianapolis, Indiana focusing on financial statement audit and attest services. Katz Sapper & Miller is a top 60 public accounting firm in the United States. His prior financial executive experiences include serving as Chief Financial Officer for a regional value-added distribution business and as Chief Financial Officer for a regional fleet maintenance service business. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Institute of Management Accountants. He earned his graduate and undergraduate degrees at Manchester College.
Nick Colicchio, MBA
Nick Colicchio, MBA Vice President - Sales   
Nick built his insurance career on a solid foundation with claims handling and management. With years of technical knowledge and in-depth claim experience, he was able to successfully pivot into the insurance sales role. Prior to joining Praxis, he found his true passion in expanding existing independent agency relationships and growing his territory by adding new high-quality agency partnerships as a P&C field sales manager with Nationwide Insurance. Nick defines success by creating unique value propositions for his clients while nurturing long-term relationships through creative problem solving and common-goal growth execution. He received his undergrad and graduate degrees, cum laude, from Maryville University’s business school. He holds P&C and Life/Financial broker licenses.
Gina joined the Praxis team in 2008 with the primary focus of servicing and cultivating collaborative client partnerships. Her genuine enthusiasm in connecting people for winning results is evident in the way she anticipates needs, listens and builds upon shared experiences with even more passion and commitment to serve and exceed customer expectations. In partnership with leaders, she drives accountability through cross-company data and metrics and engages the organization in optimizing customer relationships, revenue, and profit. Gina’s bright presence and unyielding passion for customer satisfaction continues to further the client-centric culture at Praxis. Gina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Marketing from Ball State University. In addition, she is an active member in the community and graciously lends her leadership and expertise to a variety of non-profit organizations.
Over the twenty-eight years of her professional career, Alison has worked with the nation’s top insurance carriers, reinsurers and TPAs to generate additional, often untapped, revenue streams through subrogation and overpayment recovery. Since 2008, Alison has dedicated her time to building a team of professionals and establishing Praxis Disability Group as the leading provider of subrogation and cost-mitigation services to the Group Disability insurance market. Prior to that, she spent 15 years representing self-funded ERISA health plans. In doing so, Alison became well versed in varied and conflicting federal circuit court laws and navigated the evolution of the Supreme Court’s applicable rulings aimed at resolving splits among the circuit courts.
Jen brings over 10 years of legal experience in insurance defense and subrogation to her work with our group disability clients. Jen negotiates with attorneys and adjusters to maximize offset and recovery opportunities. Prior to joining Praxis, Jen practiced civil litigation for an insurance defense law firm defending personal injury, premises liability, construction defect and professional malpractice cases. Jen’s prior subrogation experience includes product liability subrogation, handling individual subrogation cases and multi-state, complex product liability actions. Jen is admitted to practice law in state and federal court in Massachusetts. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a B. S. from Boston College where she studied Geology.
