Leadership Team
Rob Ford
Founder
Early in his career, Praxis founder, Rob Ford, identified unique obstacles faced by P&C carriers in the New York and New Jersey No-Fault markets. A natural-born entrepreneur with a penchant for problem solving, Rob responded by founding Praxis Consulting, a distinct market innovation which quickly expanded to a full-service subrogation source. Building on that subject matter expertise, Praxis continued to grow with the addition of vertical-specific divisions to support property, auto, workers’ compensation and disability insurers nationwide. Today, Praxis represents more than 50 insurance carriers in the US, including 7 of the top 10, and continues in its endeavor to stand out as the market innovator.
Rob’s energy, vision and entrepreneurial business model has attracted top talent and fosters a forward-thinking culture. Praxis’ Executive Team alone draws on 170 years of industry knowledge.
