Rob Ford- Founder and President of Praxis Consulting, is a born-and-raised Hoosier who returned to Indiana by way of Florida and New York. He is a twelve-year veteran of the subrogation business and founded Praxis in 1997 on the belief that subrogation recovery opportunities were not being fully realized by insurance carriers, self-insureds, or municipalities. Ford was compelled to create such a service provider capable of responding to the needs of these markets. This vision was a result of the years Ford spent in the financial services industry. In addition to being an active family man, Mr. Ford is involved in various professional associations, as well as the American Red Cross, the Invest in Youth Campaign, and the Ball State University Foundation.
