Investigation Specialist
About the position:
You'll investigate claim files in an effort to prepare claims for adjusters by investigating the facts of loss, gathering information regarding coverage, and ultimately placing adverse carriers on notice. Most of your day will be spent on the phone contacting insurance companies, attorneys, law enforcement agencies and insureds.

Who should apply:
Candidates should have one or more years of insurance company experience as a claims representative, or other supporting role. Confident individuals with a strong phone presence will excel in this position. Accomplished communication and analytical skills are also required, along with a strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
